Really good Palace Stay !

Our room was upgraded , and it had a fantastic river view. The breakfast included a wide selection , and the staff kept everything stocked. I found the spa relaxing. Free parking was available .
The shuttle to the city center was often full , so using Uber became necessary.

The staff was very attentive , providing warm welcomes and prompt service. Sebastiao , Santiago , and Pedro offered great service during meals. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The room was very large . I found the beds comfortable , with a triple pillow selection. The historic building was tastefully decorated and very clean.

The breakfast buffet included many choices , and the staff continuously replenished items. Fresh port wine was provided as a welcome drink upon arrival. The restaurant prepared dishes well , presenting them attractively.

the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service once per day. i found the breakfast selection very good! the food in the restaurant met a high standard as well.
the hotel is located quite a distance from the city center, which required transportation.

i stayed in a superior twin room. the breakfast had a lot of options (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the staff was professional and friendly. the hotel provided a free shuttle into the city center.
the air conditioning in the room was a little noisy.
